It's hard to find products that last a long time these days. The stand seems very solid, not wobbly. The oven pads I received are dark in color (I think they used to be, maybe a lighter color?). I put them in the bottom of the fry basket and they fit perfectly. I've used the fryer a few times since (it's very hot in Cali and we try not to use the oven) and haven't had any issues with them warping or discoloring. They are easy to clean. Love them, these mats are so much easier to clean than an air fryer basket. I don't really need pots at the moment but they're good quality so I'll keep them, you never know what you might need along the way. I love the grates, I actually cut them to the desired size with bolt cutters to fit the pan I use in my fryer (fryer accessories can be tricky, so sometimes you have to improvise). I'm really trying to think if there are any downsides to this product, but I can't think of any. I mean even there the customer service was pretty amazing when I contacted them.
