I just replaced the front rocker cover gasket on my 2003 Sienna that started losing oil 3 years ago. The pad fits well. However, the spark plug tube seals are shaped differently than the originals. The inner circle of the original seal has a vertical wall about 1/4 inch long that probably seals the pipe well. The Fel-Pro O-ring has no vertical inner wall and its tip contacts the spark plug tube. I don't know how well he sealed the tube and didn't change the seals. No oil is leaking from the spark plug tubes yet. There are 9 screws on the front valve cover. Three of them were already gone. I added a washer to each bolt and torqued them to 69 inches per pound to Toyota specs. A Torx E6 socket was needed to remove the electrical bus bar from the top of the cover.
