Review on Megacall by Russell Rabbach

This software has made my life so much easier. Before this software, every time I had to make a new call I had to use the IVR to get them connected to my extension. Now I can record the entire conversation with my phone (via API) and play back later when I want to listen to it again. It wasnt possible before! My favorite feature is being able to send an email directly from within the application using its own SMTP server instead of having to go through Gmail or Yahoo etc. Also there's no more waiting around while trying to figure out if your outgoing mail server will accept the message you're sending. If they don't then you'll know right away as opposed to wondering why something isn't happening after you've already spent hours setting things up.
