This decanter wire rack is excellent. He holds my carafe upside down and even (if I want to) at a slight angle (so the water runs down the sides instead of getting stuck at the bulbous bottom). The drying rack has a wide base, is unobtrusive, simple and stylish, and is designed to easily handle the weight of the lead crystal carafe. The rubber coating around the top circle provides a non-slip surface on which the carafe can be placed upside down. Instead of trying to turn an expensive piece of crystal upside down or rubbing towels, use this stand to make cleaning your carafe easier. . I would recommend using very hot water when cleaning the carafe as this will speed up the drying process.
