These Kool Nozzles replace the crappy nozzles sold with gas cylinders today. Two collar caps, one threaded for old cans, the other for new models. The rubber washer that seals it is fairly strong and durable and is built into the nozzle boot. The nozzle is long enough to fit into a Ford truck filler neck with a manhole seal (Ford no longer uses gas caps). Some nozzles are too short or have ribs that catch on the hatch door making it difficult to pull the nozzle back out. The Kool nozzle is longer in the smooth section and still has enough ribbed areas to flex easily. It comes with a plastic air release cap, but it leaks a little. Buy a metal air bleed cap, sold separately, pack of 5, metal that looks like a valve on a bike tire. they are better, remove the little cap and air will be sucked into the can as you release the gas. from the bank. then 5 gallons takes less than a minute to empty the canister. We no longer have to hold 5 gallons of gas for 5 minutes.
