This product does what it's supposed to do, but you have to be careful about how and where you use it. Read the instructions :) This product did a very good job of removing the rust stains caused by my well water on the concrete. The amount needed depended on how bad the rust was in that particular area. I used a standard cheap garden sprayer and wish I had bought one of the backpacks as I had to bend down to spray 10 jugs which was very tiring. A longer hose and a larger capacity atomizer make many jobs much easier. I have a good size driveway and sidewalk, all concrete. The brick on the side of my house had rust spots in several places from the same well water. This material bleached the brick leaving a white area. I think it looks better than the rust spot but the bricks were reddish and are now a bit faded. I would not recommend using this material on anything other than white or painted brick. Another area to watch out for is the grass. If you can pre-wet the grass and rinse off excess spray after covering the concrete, it won't bleach too much. Luckily the grass grows back, so bleaching it a little won't last long. :) I washed everything abundantly and there was very little white grass. .
