It arrived on time but I have to admit I felt stupid paying so much for something so simple I could make my own out of cardboard. However, I find it very handy to keep in a small tool box, which is the one I use the most, and when I'm working on multiple sewing machines, it's handy to jump from one to the next and make sure you're using the same stitch number no matter what, which one machine or which leg you use. This makes it easy to adjust seam allowances, so I recommend this if you need consistency. Just another tool in the box to try and create an accurate 1/4 inch seam.
