I never leave reviews about what I buy good or bad because I know that only a review can convince someone and my experience shouldn't influence others. In this case, however, I'm just too shocked and angry not to check it out. I have trouble opening jars and lids due to arthritis in my hands and my mom has been having a terrible time since her hand surgery so I searched for a while to find something to help us. I was so excited when I bought this and I got it delivered quickly only to open it up and be shocked at the size! He was so small. but I still had hope, so we pulled out a standard can of salsa and neither of us could open the lid. so of course we try our new bottle opener and BAM! This thing slips off the neck of the jar and hurts my mother's hand. So I grabbed it to try because I thought she had it wrong and I finally opened it up after injuring my hand and breaking the damn tin! What's the point of doing something to help if it only hurts or worse?!
