Review on FaxFresh by Lawrence Allison

I love how easy it was to set up, configure my preferences as needed (e-mail notifications for every missed call or voicemail) & most importantly that anyone can use this software! Not all of our customers are tech savvy so we wanted them have access through their own email address instead of having us give then one specific account login information over phone calls/text messages etc.- Easy setup process with video walkthroughs in case they need help configuring any aspects of the service once installed.

Nothing but great things about using faxfresh from customer satisfaction standpoint!! They're really quick at responding via e mail when there's questions regarding features or requests within certain functionalities - not very common among other SaaS companies out here today where you get canned responses by voice mails after 2 days if your issue hasn't been resolved yet.
