Review on Winco CBI 1824 Grooved Cutting 18 Inch by Mary Maybank

I have a 16x20 bamboo floorboard that I have been very happy with for many years. I wanted something the same size for camping and for some reason I ordered this huge 18x24 board. like, and none of our other boards do. As for warping, I can detect some warping when looking at the board lengthwise, but that's not a problem. Too big to fit in our dishwasher (or sink) it has to be hand washed. This is not a problem for me because of the intended use. I plan to use it for hiking and fishing. Just the right size for cleaning pike, zander or burbot and of course all pan bass. I'm not worried about bacterial contamination as I always clean my boards immediately after using a one capful chlorine bleach solution in a quart spray bottle. I would recommend this product (it comes in multiple sizes) for the price and durability.
