Efficient and user friendly. Easy to use. The training was very helpful and the software is intuitive. It's a great tool for a non-profit organization. There is a lot of room for improvement. I wish the software could be more customizable, so it could fit our needs. MedCompass has made our job much easier. It is a great way to track patients. It also lets us communicate with patients easily. I like how easy it was for our team members to use this software as well as navigate through the site. It's pretty simple but does have some quirks when looking at results from different years. The reporting options can be confusing so make sure you are familiar with what each option means before creating reports or using them in your day to day activities. We were able to track KPIs across several departments including Nursing Home Care.
