Product seems fine. Poorly packaged

Product seems fine. Poorly packaged. Large box with deflector rattling around inside(no packing). Amazing it wasn't broken. Logo melted off. Mounting screws do not fit. They slide out at full tightness. I bought this for my sons car. I'm mounting with rivnuts(likely today). Thx: JC
