I bought a DH310 a few months ago and equipped it with an NVMe SSD and an i3-8100 processor running Linux Mint 19. The metal body is dated but I like it. Because it's metal, it's heavier than other mini PCs, which I like because it won't slide around on a table. Unfortunately, there is no internal speaker for basic purposes. There's also no Wi-Fi, you have to buy it separately. Boot times aren't lightning fast even with an NVMe SSD, probably around 10 seconds. Please note that the installation instructions install the CPU first and then the SSD. If you're using an NVMe drive, you'll need to install it first, otherwise you'll need to take out the CPU for quick access.
