Review on 🔪 Efficient and Versatile: Mercer Culinary Mercer Grates 4-Sided Acid Etched Box Grater by Trisha Griffin

I've been looking for a replacement for my Oxo grater for years which has a handle that falls off. I ordered several only to be disappointed. That plastic fringe that often runs along the bottom edge these days—who has time to take it off and put it back on to wash? This grater is the strongest, well built and SHARP grater I can imagine. The cheese doesn't catch on the bottom lip, the handle is big, the capacity is bigger than any I've seen which is so nice for our large family. The only "problem" is that it's so spicy that it can actually be quite dangerous. I will not allow any of my younger children to do this and my husband has told me he is afraid of it!
