Good grater, high quality metal. Has a good weight and appears to be built to last. The grip becomes sticky when wet, keeping your fingers safe and healthy.

Good all-metal grater with very sharp cutting edges but with a bent and scratched surface and shavings knocked out of the rubberized coating on the handle. If you want see if you can buy elsewhere.

This grater gets the job done quickly. It could also be your fingers, so don't rush it to the end. Easy to clean with a brush and dish soap. Has been in the dishwasher several times with no damage. The handle is big enough for me to hold tight and doesn't slip. I recommend it.

I bought this rough microplane thinking the thin one I had was TOO good for garlic and ginger. I use it to grate straight into a bowl or pan. I can see the garlic as I walk and I don't have to turn it over and push the semi-liquid liquid off my back. It cleans up quickly and easily. Haven't tried it for grating hard cheese but I think it will do the trick too.

I've been looking for a replacement for my Oxo grater for years which has a handle that falls off. I ordered several only to be disappointed. That plastic fringe that often runs along the bottom edge these days—who has time to take it off and put it back on to wash? This grater is the strongest, well built and SHARP grater I can imagine.
