Im impressed with this scanner. It's so tiny, but works like the big ones. I really wish it had slightly larger I/O trays, but other than that it's amazing. The software is a bit buggy. There is a bug in the CaptureOnTouch software where you select job #1 on the scanner and press start and job #1 is not selected so job #1 in the software is useless unless you choose specifically job #1 in the software. #2-9 work exactly as they should. I also had a crash about 15 different times in all stages. After a scan, during a scan, etc. It's frustrating that it crashes, which means you have to run the scan job completely. A small wish I have for the software is that it ONLY reads the barcodes from the first page into the batch to determine how to name the file. This would save us a lot of time as we scan hundreds and hundreds of sheets every day. The problem is that almost every piece of paper we scan also contains a barcode. We'd like to be able to put a filename on the front page of each batch for true scanning and one-touch saving.
