Works very well.
My only complaint is with the heat resistant O-ring beneath the lid knob on the inside of the lid. The knob feels loose and tightening the retaining screw deforms the O-ring to the point where it cannot be used.
- For the price it is a really great pan and cooked the bread well!
- I returned this item , The lid did not fit right , so did not even use it
