Review on πŸ”§ Topeak Ergon GP1 Neo Grip Enhancements by Scott Carlile

Revainrating 4 out of 5

comfortable grips but not suitable for gloved hands

excellent grips. Comfortable shape - ergonomic. One caveat: 4 stars. I use them on my single speed commuter with the steering wheel 35 degrees back. They work better without gloves. Grippy rubber keeps your hand in place. When wearing gloves, the rubber grips the glove, so to speak, but not the hand. I ended up squeezing harder than I should have, so I skipped gloves for now. Feels naked. The downside is that winter driving requires a new (or old) solution. The Ergon GE1 Enduro grips work great on my MTB with gloved hands. Something to consider.

Pros
  • handlebars, columns and stems
Cons
  • low serviceability
