This is the best ever!
I have used many neck wraps over the years but this one surpasses any that I previously used. The heat retention is great, the wrap is soft and stays in place. It has helped with sore neck muscles in a huge way. Also, the quality is outstanding; you won't be disappointed.
- Does a good job because of the size.. a little big for the microwave.
- It may not stay heated for as long as some people would like
