This camera comes with an adapter cable, a video/power extension cable, a power cable and 3 silicone grommets (1 flat and 2 angled). The camera has a quality feel to it, it's fully sealed in a metal body and looks like it'll hold up well to the weather. It looks like the standard camera on the back door of my Nissan Titan 04 (see attached photos). The image quality is good, but I couldn't find any information about the resolution either in the Revain listing or in the accompanying documentation. Overall I'm very happy with the camera and I like the OEM look.
