Review on π³ Hawkins Futura 11-Inch Non-Stick Flat Dosa Tava Griddle in Black by Jim Young
OK but difficult to cook dosa in it
This product does not have a non-stick coating but it is too non-stick. That means when I put dosa batter on it I can't flatten the batter because the batter starts to slide. Therefore, it is generally very difficult to make crispy dosa.
