I have several Raspberry Pis. One of my builds is for a system called Pi-Hole. This is the system you use for DNS on your network and it blocks all those annoying ads when you're on InterWeb. I added an additional module called PADD which is a quick to read status screen so I don't have to log in every time to see these stats. I have used this type of screen in other projects and after calibrating the screen it is very accurate and responsive when using the touch part. I've found that you have to manually install and set up drivers and configuration files when working with noobs.
