I didn't want this putty to be this good, especially at the price. I firmly believe you get what you pay for, but this tone is exceptional. So far I've tried it on two machines. One had typical BMW hard paint and the other Ford soft black paint. I was amazed at the lack of a mark left by this tone. I usually find a noticeable amount of scratching even with the best clay lube, especially noticeable on black cars. However, this clay is so easy to paint that you can use it to decontaminate and DO NOT need to polish afterwards. A really big turning point for me because any time I can avoid polishing during decontamination I'm a happy detailer. Very impressive work. Unlike all other clay bars I've used (tried Meguiar's, Adam's, Clay Magic, OPT and more).
