It seems to be working. The price was good for this device and it is not small. However, the batteries they gave me didn't work. So it's good that I had my own AAA batteries to put in. The instructions weren't very helpful and it took me a minute or two to figure out where to put the batteries. That's why I showed this photo. You can choose to read the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. This device only measures the indoor temperature, not the outdoor temperature. The backlight doesn't stay on all the time, which is normal, and you can still read well when the backlight isn't on. Overall a decent product for the price. Just make sure you have a set of AAA batteries in case the ones they give you don't work.
