Misleading product, not for flatcars
There were no installation instructions and judging by the packaging this cargo net is not designed for trucks. It's more intended for off-road vehicles where the hardware can be screwed into the plastic and stays secure, and the hardware is insufficient to attach to metal pickup truck bodies. I just spent the extra money and went to the manufacturer and I'm happy.
