Review on Galactica E-HIM by Chris Norman

I like that it is customizable, especially within the templates. With out the proper training, you run the risk of having it be difficult to use. A learning curve is necessary, but is not as difficult as it seems. I hope that their are ways to make it more intuitive for clients. We have been able to create all of our patient forms in a more efficient manner, allowing the staff to focus more on the patients. This software is very helpful while keeping up with billing and keeping the records that we are required to keep. I like that it is easy to use and can be customized as needed. Also, the ability to create an entire file from scratch. It would be nice if you could have more than one patient on your account but other than that it is great! It allows me to get all my medical records into one system. I am able to see everything about a patients visit, treatment and follow up appointments.
