The helmet doesn't fit my 8 year old medium size head

These products just aren't bad. And this should by no means be advertised as a product suitable for 8 year olds. Everything seems small outside of the wrist rests. I would return the whole set because the helmet is WAY small but we needed padding this weekend so we used his bike helmet. Not very happy.
