Bought the product and used it a lot both in France and Northern Spain in old electrical environments (Alburgue's, hostels) and it worked great although it was mainly just USB charging. The Pac2Go USB charger I found for my Apple phones and iPad was faster than the one I had at home. Many of us remember converters that were big and heavy converting 220 in Europe to 110 in the US. This is an adapter that simply creates a physical connection between round pins in European and US standards. What Pac2Go seems to be saying is that most electrical devices (PC chargers, hair dryers?) released after 2014 automatically switch between 220 and 110, so an adapter (Pac2Go) is all you need to get AC to use. I don't see much direct discussion of this here, and I think it's important. If you had a very old electrical device like a hair dryer and you plugged it directly into Pac2Go, you could blow it up.
