Firstly, this mat is too sticky and comes off very quickly! How does that even work?! Second, the top of the mat where the hanging hole is has to be too big or something because every time I use that side my image doesn't crop properly. As you can see in my photo, the bottom part of my banner is cropped incorrectly. When I try to lower the cardboard, the top of my image doesn't crop. He just cuts the carpet. When I use the bottom of the mat everything is fine. Overall I absolutely hate this rug and would just drop my money on a real Cricut 12x24 rug even if it's more expensive. At least I know it works with my machine, unlike this POS!
