I liked the large display so older people can see the numbers. I liked the white numbers on the black background - nice contrast. I do not like it. You need to request updates and get a file that may be corrupted. I'd rather see a website where I can download updates whenever I want. But in this price range, the device performs well. I just don't like the update steps. I also don't know when to request course or firmware updates? Maybe they could send an update schedule and then we would know when to contact them.
