update 7/28/21 Despite the fact that the box was opened, everything was inside. I have a 2016 Ford Expedition. When I opened the rear pad box I was concerned at first because I didn't see any pad clips. My fault - the rear pads just slide back and forth on the metal of the caliper itself - no clips. Luckily, I found a YouTube video that walked through the Expedition rear brakes step-by-step and showed how they just slid on metal. The kit is well thought out. The pads are sealed in thick plastic wrap and the rotors are labeled on each side. I love that the front Power Stop pads are interchangeable - not specific internal or external
