Alarm works great but doesn't last long. I received my first alert in September 2019. It broke after a month and was replaced by the company. I received a new device in October 2019. It worked fine until February 2020 when it failed (the alarm sounds and won't turn off). I have contacted the company. They said they would send a replacement. It's been a month and they still haven't replaced it. Since the unit is out of warranty I can't fault them for not replacing it. But I already had 2 of these devices. I failed within a month. The other lasted just over 4 months. While the alarm works great when it works, it just doesn't work for very long. So I changed my rating from 5 to 1 star. I would not recommend this product. I think I'll come back to the Harbor Freight alerts. They cost about $14 and last about a year. It's a lot more profitable.
