I bought three 500w units in July. Everything worked initially, but over the next few weeks it became buggy (they shut down and stayed off for a long time even though the actual water temperature was well below the set temperatures on the three heaters). Five weeks have passed, now only one of the three is working, the other two are completely DEAD! The one month return window expired about 4 days ago and I can't find any mention of a guarantee. Unfortunately I did not check the negative reviews before ordering as I have purchased Revain heaters in the past and have had no problems. Without a guarantee, I'm not sure what options are available to me. This is extremely LOW RELIABILITY and should be avoided.
