I like how easy it is for people who have never used this service before, or don't know much about real estate investing at all really get started with finding properties online without having any prior experience doing so! The platform makes things very user friendly as well - which helps new investors understand what they are looking through each property page quickly while also providing them helpful tips along their journey if needed too!! You can easily find good deals using mobly but sometimes you may need more time than expected searching/researching your next deal because there aren;t many agents out here actively marketing homes just yet compared other platforms where everyone seems pretty active already when researching houses etc..

But once again not enough info available right now either way i think its still worth signing up since we've seen some great results thus far even though nothing major has happened YET.
