Review on Tandy Leather Flat Side 3318 01 by Wendy Rodriguez

At first I thought I bought the wrong awl for this handle because the center piece that holds the awl doesn't fit. But then I untied it and used an awl. Then I twisted it - not very tight, but tight enough to hold the awl. But now... now I can't even get that thing out. I have pretty strong hands and couldn't open it, and then my very tall, very strong friend tried to hack it but to no avail. I bought this so I had different awl options but basically I was able to get 3 different awls for the same price. Don't bother with this stuff. What I like is that the grip is good and doesn't roll. This is unfinished wood and does not match the photo. I give an extra star for ease of use.
