I bought this oven to increase the surface area of the oven for heating tortillas, toasting bread, making quesadillas and the like. It works well and is easy to clean. The lack of high sides makes it easy to flip items with a spatula, but the lip on the rim keeps oil and grease out. It is big and very heavy, so you may find it difficult to store it. I keep it either on the stovetop or in the oven. Heat dissipation can be an issue. It's much larger than the burner, so the surface farther from the center will cook slower. This can come in handy when you're making several different dishes, but if you want a more even cooking surface, consider dual-burner pans. It would probably be great for camp cooking over a large open fire.
