PRO: Priced reasonable and hedge shears work as designed.CON:(1) Reason for not having 5 stars is that the black plastic has a strong plastic smell (like the cheap Chinese plastic car floor mats). As long as you use it outside and wash your hands afterwards, not a real issue.(2) While using the new hedge shears for a few hours the plastic bumpers at the top of the 2 handles (that should prevent the handles to touch so you don't hurt your hands) moved out of line. I was able to push it back in place so they are both at the same height again. It seems they may have to be realigned every now and then.(3) When cutting a lot of brush and laying the GREEN colored Hedge Shears on the GREEN grass, it can be hard to spot at times.
