I've found I don't fill up this tube as often as the others. And when I do, I love the valve stem! Have you ever had an issue where you tried to clamp the pump onto the stem and the stem just kinda got pushed into the wheel? You need some resistance to overcome the friction between the pump fitting and the valve threads. Well, this tube has a threaded rod going through it with a little nut that attaches it to the wheel. Simply great idea! In this way, the stem is held securely, no matter how much air pressure is currently in the tube. All Schrader valves should be like this.
