The customer service has been excellent, they have always responded quickly to my questions or concerns regarding any part their business with us (if I'm not sure what's going wrong).

They've also provided me great feedback when it comes time do move forward again if there were issues along those lines! There aren’t really anything negative about this relationship at all as far as i can tell so no complaints here either way!! Shipping rates seem fair enough but sometimes things get pricey depending how large your order was etc.. But overall everything seems good though nothing bad came up while working together.
