Great solution - very user friendly

I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface with many features you can learn as you go along which makes for less support issues when things get complex. The software also integrates well into Salesforce so all of your data remains in one place (as opposed to multiple systems) if needed. There are not too much customizations available at this time but there will be more coming down the road once we release some new products later this year/early next year. For now though, my only issue would have been better integration with Zapier or other 3rd party tools such as Freshdesk etc.. Also integrating with Google Analytics could make sense depending upon what type of customer retention program you run. We're solving our customers' CRM needs by making their lives easier. This allows us to see where they need help most and.
