I like that it keeps track of past conversations so you don't have to re-do them all over again, which sometimes happens when using another system or application for business purposes in general (not just mind say). Sometimes there can be lag time between messages sent from app/system vs email responses back through account settings - this is not always an issue but worth mentioning as some people may find they get confused by what's going out via each method? Also would need more training before being able use fully! Have been looking into various ways we could improve our relationship / communication channels within organisation both internally & externally including social media posts etc., plus also how customers engage us online; especially since digital marketing has become such huge part nowadays compared other areas where businesses are still very traditionalised eg face2face meetings at events ea.
