Mindsay helps greatly with internal and external communications

I like that it keeps track of past conversations so you don't have to re-do them all over again, which sometimes happens when using another system or application for business purposes in general (not just mind say). Sometimes there can be lag time between messages sent from app/system vs email responses back through account settings - this is not always an issue but worth mentioning as some people may find they get confused by what's going out via each method? Also would need more training…

Pros
  • Great to be able to keep track of all the conversations we have, plus I like that it's easy to use and the app is quite user friendly
Cons
  • The app is not very intuitive and a bit difficult to use at first, plus it only works with Android phones (not sure if there's an iOS version available?)

Great platform with excellent customer service

I like that you can build your own bot from scratch, it's easy to use once set up so there is low initial development time required for building out bots which makes them cost effective too! Some of our customers prefer using text rather than video but we don't mind this as they are more used to typing in their messaging app (WhatsApp). We have been able see how well each functionality works when testing new features before rolling these into production - allowing us get an early warning if…
