Review on Mindsay by Mark Toth

I like that you can build your own bot from scratch, it's easy to use once set up so there is low initial development time required for building out bots which makes them cost effective too! Some of our customers prefer using text rather than video but we don't mind this as they are more used to typing in their messaging app (WhatsApp). We have been able see how well each functionality works when testing new features before rolling these into production - allowing us get an early warning if something isn’t working or not being understood by users effectively/quickly enough- great tool!! If any issues arise during implementation then support staff at MINDSAY will be very quick replying back quickly ensuring all questions / queries resolved swiftly.- Very good team who work hard together towards common goal.
