In case you didn't know, these o-rings are used in the outer air tank of your Rock Shox Air shock, specifically your Monarch Plus Debon Air. The main idea is to reduce the volume of the air chamber so you use less air and avoid falls (which will blow out your entire trip). Depending on your bike's suspension design, your weight, and your riding style, this may or may not be very helpful. In my case, all I need is an O-ring to avoid that "avoidable" bottom after the hard part of my favorite route; after researching and reading my settings were ok for my weight, but for technical reasons that I don't fully understand (laughs, I just want to ride!), the shock blew up the whole ride. Once installed I use the same amount of air and even if I lower the shock the feel isn't as harsh and gives me more control/traction.
