It's time to burn the antenna!

Bought for work. My employer supplies crappy radios and I decided to bite the bullet and buy my own. It was one of the cheapest models with multiple features, which is why I chose it. After two days of work, the antenna cover fell off. I didn't drop it. I didn't do anything unusual and wanted to get it off the table and the lid just fell off. Looks like they used Elmer's glue. For almost a hundred dollars you expect quality and honesty and I don't see that. Very disappointed
