Review on 🔧 High-Performance W89409 Valve Spring Compressor for Improved Engine Maintenance by Andrew Schreider

I purchased a W84001 Overhead Valve Spring Compressor performance tool to replace the valve stem seals on my 19 year old truck. The jaws holding the spring are not angled enough to hang on the spring after it is compressed. As a result, the tool accidentally flies away during operation. This is very dangerous when dealing with springs that compress more than 100 pounds and could damage you or your vehicle. Very poor quality control. Made cheap enough to be attractively priced, but never meant to be used seriously.
