Is he really as good as everyone says?

9/3/19 I ordered this printer and it was delivered quickly with Prime which was cool! Assembly was fairly easy, taking about two hours from unboxing to printing the dog that was on the SD card. This first print was perfect in every way, I was very impressed until I tried to print my second part. At this point I was struggling to get the same perfect print shown by the dog this printer can do. I did everything from hardware to software, tweaked everything I could and finally after joining the Creality Facebook group I was greeted with advice that got me back on track (the roles of the Z-axis were too tight, resulting in binding). Along with this I also had a warped bed that required me to take it down and sand it down. To do this I had to remove the magnetic bed, which then required an upgrade to an Ender glass bed. Advance a few prints. My X-axis stepper motor started making a horrible grinding noise, followed by an X-axis ringing that appeared on the prints. Then I started having slight layer shifts that came up randomly and then again with difficulty on the original Z-axis problem. I was also starting to have problems with the Bowden tube so I upgraded to a Capricorn tube and had to upgrade my couplers as well, as standard are out of service at this stage. All of this led to quite a bit of frustration in finding solutions to all my problems. Questions. I updated the hotend to install Microswiss and started printing again, at this point I was still having similar issues with the call and the Z axis issue, after yesterday 09/29/19 decided to exchange the printer to apply, Now I'm printing this 9/30/19 after getting a new printer and assembling it. The Y axis limit switch fell right out of the box, I fixed it and started assembly. I just printed a test cube and am happy with the print for now. Time will tell if this printer performs as well as many other owners. I love to play around, it's absolutely preposterous for me or anyone to face such problems. The upside of all this is that I think it was a good experience learning what is normal and not the kind of problems these printers can have. It was also a great relief that I was able to exchange the printer. Now my babble is over and I hope that you who have sat here reading this can get something useful out of it. It's time to print more with this new printer and see if it can live up to the Ender 3's reputation!
