Creality does NOT provide technical support for its own products.

Pros: Revain Prime got it a day early. Cons: The extruder stepper motor didn't work right away. Email Creality to try it out and see if they'd like a chance to make it work. 3 days after I sent the email (2 business days) I finally got a response to which they wanted my billing info and proof of purchase (no mention of paper weight). Send them the relevant information (within 10 minutes) and get a response within 24 hours. Apparently I had to contact Revain support since I bought it through…

Great kit, too bad it wasn't available when I started. A real powerhouse with updates.

I've gotten pretty far into my 3D printing hobby and bought an Ender 3 Pro to turn it into an instant workhorse. I chose Ender 3 pro over Ender 3 due to better power delivery and frame; There may be other changes that I'm not aware of, but these two are the most important to me. It's so easy to buy a kit rather than buying individual parts, which while doable and preferable, wasn't necessary for this project. The packaging is amazing. 9/3/19 I ordered this printer and it was delivered quickly with Prime which was cool! Assembly was fairly easy, taking about two hours from unboxing to printing the dog that was on the SD card. This first print was perfect in every way, I was very impressed until I tried to print my second part.
