I hooked this up to the working end Makita Makita XBU02PT1 Li-ion Brushless Cordless Blower Kit with 4 batteries. Rib to increase the diameter until it fits snugly inside the Makita pipe and install a hose clamp where they connect (see photo). Extensions from the second set - managed to get to the second floor gutters and clean them out, although the extra long combo is a bit unwieldy and can be physically demanding for some. Because of the length and twist when applying fan pressure, the Makita/Worx duo got the job done. But I wouldn't recommend trying it for the first time on a Saturday afternoon in front of a neighborhood crowd.
