After not listening to other reviews because I thought it looked straight forward. WOW, I was wrong! This thing broke in just 5 minutes of use. The bag came off completely and was unusable. The thing is surprisingly uncomfortable to use for its intended purpose, and using all lengths it's almost impossible to scrape a single leaf out of the gutter and not blow it off.
